Rewards terms

WeeCup Rewards is the free loyalty program of WeeCup Call Cafe & Study Hub ("WeeCup"). By joining, or by using your card, you agree to these terms. They work together with our Privacy page.

Each person may have one card. The card is personal: it cannot be sold, shared or transferred, and it must be scanned or confirmed by the cashier before you pay so the order is counted. We may not be able to add an order to a card afterwards.

You earn points on what you pay, at the rate of your tier. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.

No points are earned on anything bought or claimed with points or with a reward. If an order is refunded, the points earned on it are taken back, and so are any perk or voucher that came with it.

Your tier (Freshies, Scholar, Dean's Lister or Summa Cum Laude) depends on everything you have spent with your card, including your history with WeeCup before this program. Refunded orders do not count.

A tier you have reached is not lowered because time passes. We may change the amounts needed for each tier, the points rate and the perks of each tier. A change applies from the date it is posted on this page or announced at the cafe, and does not affect a perk you have already used.

Dean's Lister members can have one free drink each calendar month. Summa Cum Laude members can have one free drink every other week. A free drink that is not used does not carry over to the next period.

A free drink comes with an order. The order must still come to at least ₱200 to pay after the free drink and any other discount are taken off. One drink of the categories shown on the Rewards page is free, up to one drink for each time.

A free drink cannot be combined with another discount on the same order. It is claimed at the counter by the member in person, when the cashier scans or confirms their card. It cannot be exchanged for cash or another item, and it cannot be resold.

Each member can have one birthday treat a year, during their birthday month. You can give your birthday (month and day only) when you join online, or tell the cashier. The treat unlocks once the cashier has checked a valid ID and confirmed the date. A confirmed birthday cannot be changed afterwards except by a WeeCup manager. The treat has no minimum order.

Wi-Fi vouchers are given according to the size of your order and your tier, as shown on your receipt. Receipts can also be added up on weecupcall.com/wifi to earn a voucher: each receipt must have at least ₱100 paid on it, must be no more than 7 days old and can be used only once. Vouchers are for personal use of the cafe's Wi-Fi.

Rewards are for customers who buy from us. We may refuse, cancel or take back points, perks and vouchers, and suspend or close a card, if we find misuse: for example using someone else's card, more than one card for a person, orders made or split only to unlock a perk, or refunds after a perk was used. WeeCup's decision on this is final.

We may change, pause or end the program, a tier or a perk at any time. The current terms are always on this page, and using your card after a change means you accept it. Last updated October 2026.
