Questions
Good to know
Questions, answered
Do I have to sign up?
Yes, and it is free. Join at the counter or online in about a minute. Your card lives on your phone.
Where is my card number?
On the loyalty card we emailed you (it looks like WC2026ABCDE), under the QR code. You can also scan that QR right here.
How do I use a free drink or a birthday treat?
Just come in. When the cashier scans your card, they will tell you what is waiting and offer it. Say yes and pick your item. A free drink comes with an order of ₱200 or more to pay.
Are there any rules?
Yes, short and simple. Free drinks come with an order, one per period, and cards are personal. Read the full rewards terms on the Rewards terms page, linked at the bottom of every page.
How do you know my birthday?
You can add the month and day when you join online, or tell the cashier. Either way, show your ID to the cashier once, so they can confirm it and unlock your treat. We keep only the month and the day.
Does my tier ever go down?
No. Your tier is based on everything you have spent with your card, so every visit moves you closer.
